Tremont Community Council Home Attendant program, Inc. is located in the newly remodeled “Hutchinson Metro Center” at 1200 Waters Place, Bronx, NY 10461 in Suite 106. Our staff , of 15 competent administrators, manages over 200 clients serviced by almost 250 “certified” Home Attendants with confidence and assurance.

Our staff can be reached during normal business hours from 8:00 am through 6:00 pm at (718) 239-0608 or via fax at (718) 239-1323.
Our Services are provided through our affiliation with New York City’s Human Resources Administration’s Home Care Services Program.
